Discount Notification Requirement: Client acknowledges and agrees that any promotional codes or discounts applicable to the services provided under this contract must be disclosed to the Service Provider in writing prior to the generation of any estimates or invoices. Failure to provide such information in advance will result in the forfeiture of any discount or promotional benefit. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse retroactive application of discounts or promotional codes after the estimate or invoice has been generated.
