Diagnostic Pricing: Regular hours $250 for non-members, or $225 for CCP members. After-hours diagnostic $300, or $250 for CCP members.

What’s Covered: The diagnostic fee includes up to 30 minutes of drive time, 30 minutes on-site, and covers initial system assessment and minor adjustments like filter replacements or thermostat checks. Trip Fees: Specialty parts or return trips require a $75 charge ($67.50 for CCP members).

Maintenance Services (2025):

• Gas Furnaces / Heat-N-Glo Fireplaces: Non-member $150, member $135

• Unitary AC or Heat Pump: Non-member $225, member $200

• Mini Split Systems (1:1): Non-member $150, each additional zone $30; members $135, each additional zone $25

Basic maintenance includes cleaning accessible areas, with additional quotes available for deep cleaning if needed.
