End-User License Agreement

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

This QuickBooks integration is an internal business tool operated by Go Green Heating. It is provided exclusively for use by authorized Go Green Heating personnel for accounting administration, financial reporting, budgeting, expense analysis, vendor management, and related internal business purposes. It is not available for public or third-party use.

Go Green Heating grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the integration solely for legitimate company business. Users may not share access credentials, provide unauthorized access, interfere with the integration, attempt to circumvent its security controls, or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

The integration connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth process. Access is limited to the QuickBooks company and data approved during authorization. Go Green Heating may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the integration at any time. Access may also be revoked through QuickBooks or the integration’s disconnect function.

The integration is provided for internal operational purposes and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain its reliability and accuracy, users remain responsible for reviewing financial information before relying on it or making changes to company records.
